Come play in our 5on5 Futsal (1st-4th grade) league this Winter!

Gameplay: Futsal is a fast paced, small-sided indoor soccer game (5v5), played on our gym floor with a smaller, low-bounce ball. Cleats are not allowed on the gym floor! Indoor soccer shoes or tennis shoes, and shin guards are required. Each team will play with 5 field players with no goalkeepers.

Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced small sided soccer game that is played across the world and is officially recognized by both FIFA and UEFA.

  • Small-Sided Game (5V5)
  • Played on a hard surfaced, basketball sized court
  • Smaller, low bounce ball
  • Touchline boundaries
  • No walls

Futsal places a large emphasis on technical skill in high pressure situations which can be translated into the outdoor game. The sport is a great skill developer as it demands quick reflexes, fast thinking and pin-point passing.

Futsal is played on all continents of the world, by over 100 countries, with 12 million players. Great soccer superstars such as Pele, Zico, Ronaldo, Messi, Kaka and Katia grew up playing the game and credit futsal with developing their skills.
