Private Lessons

For Families Interested in Private Lessons:

Please see the steps below to participate in private lessons using the WAYA facilities.

STEP 1: BECOME A WAYA MEMBER
WAYA private lessons are for members only. If you are not a current WAYA Member, CLICK HERE to to register now.  

STEP 2: CONTACT AN APPROVED PRIVATE LESSON COACH FROM LIST BELOW
Only WAYA Approved Coaches are permitted to conduct private lessons at WAYA.

All coaches must go through the approval process with the WAYA Athletic Director which includes, filling out a W-9 form and completing a background check prior to giving any lessons at WAYA. If you are interested in becoming a WAYA Approved Coach please contact Jayla Pruitt at jpruitt@waya.org.

STEP 3: AFTER SPEAKING TO YOU ABOUT YOUR PRIVATE LESSON NEEDS, THE PRIVATE LESSON COACH WILL CONTACT WAYA TO RESERVE THE SPACE ON THE COURT OR FIELD.

For Private Lesson Coaches:

Please see the steps below to provide private lessons at the WAYA facilities.

Step 1: Become an approved WAYA Private Lesson Coach by contacting WAYA Athletic Director, Jayla Pruitt, at jpruitt@waya.org.

Step 2: Once approved, use the link below to purchase private lesson hours

Step 3: Confirm that your client is a current WAYA Member by calling (512-473-2528) or emailing (info@waya.org) WAYA. Please remember that all private lesson clients must be a Member of WAYA.

Step 4: Call WAYA (512-473-2528) to discuss court or field availability for your client, and to book space.

Private Lessons must be booked a week in advance by emailing our Assistant AD Laney Ramiez (lramiez@waya.org) by Sunday for the following week with your request. Once confirmed by our Assistant AD you will be placed on the gym schedule.

If you need to cancel your private lessons for any reason please contact us at (512)473-2528. Private lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson will NOT receive any credit.

The maximum amount of players you can train at one time is 3.

Step 5: Train your client and collect your payment directly from them.
