Seeks to aid aspiring basketball players in the development of basic basketball techniques. Participants will learn proper techniques for skill sets that help improve their overall game.
The hour long session will focus on basic fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, rebounding and lay ups.
The session will include fun competitive drills. The goal of this session is to develop basic basketball skills to give the player a base skill set which they can build on as they advance in competition.
Players will learn proper shooting form,proper footwork for layups, variety of passing techniques, dribbling skills and proper defensive positioning.
