Facility Rentals

General Information:

Rental of any or all of the gyms at WAYA includes exclusive use of the rented gym space for the time designated. Only WAYA members are allowed to rent our facilities. All activities and supervision of activities are the sole responsibility of the renter.

Facility Rental Process

Step 1:
Fill out the Facility Rental Inquiry form at the bottom of this page.

Step 2:
You will be contacted by a WAYA staff member to let you know if your requested date is approved.

Step 3: 
Once your date is approved you will complete the full Facility Rental form, sign the waiver, and pay your full rental fee.

Step 4: 
Once step 3 is completed you will receive a final confirmation email. 

Cancellation Policy: Full refund available up to 2 weeks prior to the rental, 50% refund available within 12 days of  the rental, no refund available within 48 hours of the rental.

**If the event will have over 30 total attendees please complete step 1 and a WAYA staff member will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Gyms Available and Rates:

Birthday Parties:

  • Bratton Gym* ($200/first 2 hours, $80/additional hour)

Businesses or Large Events:

  • Old Gym*($350/first 2 hours, $150/additional hour)
  • All Gyms*($550/first 2 hours, $250/additional hour)
  • Brumley Field*($200/first 2 hours, $80/additional hour)

*2 hour minimum required

Evening Events:

WAYA requires that all facility rentals after 6 p.m. include the cost of at least 1 security guard depending on the size of the event at $50/hour. (4 hour minimum) If your event will include alcohol, WAYA requires that 2 security guards be secured for the event and servers are TABC certified. Payment for the guards will be included in your final rental payment.
