Financial Aid Form

The West Austin Youth Association offers every child the opportunity to participate regardless of skill level, talent or financial need. Financial Aid is available for each activity that WAYA offers. Financial Aid will be granted for up to 75% of the cost of the activity based on the member status of the applicant. Therefore, a non-member may be awarded financial aid for up to 75% of the non-member fee and a member may be awarded financial aid for up to 75% of the member fee.

All financial aid requests made prior to the registration deadline for the particular activity will be honored; there will be no financial aid granted to requests made after the activity's registration deadline has passed.

Once the registration deadline has passed, WAYA will notify financial aid recipients of their financial aid amount; financial aid will be awarded for up to 75% of the program cost. Financial Aid recipients must then pay the adjusted registration fee prior to the first day of the activity (i.e.: first practice, first day of a camp).

Financial aid money is allocated at the beginning of each fiscal year and the amount awarded is based upon the number of requests made per sport.
